Q: Is shipping really free on every order

A: Yup—and don’t be trippin’, the shippings on us! We cover 100% of standard shipping costs for all JaMiKo orders, no minimums, no codes needed.


How long does delivery take?

Q: How long does it take for orders to arrive?

A: We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the product and your location, but most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. You’ll get tracking info via email once your package ships.

What’s your return policy?

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Absolutely. If you’re not 100% happy, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. We’ll walk you through the process and issue a refund or replacement once we receive the item.
